The murder of civilians occurring amidst fighting between Shia and Sunni groups was revenge against Western nations? First point, that article/interview has nothing to do with what you previously posted about white supremacist groups seeking to infiltrate law enforcement, so the fact you comment as though this is some rebuttal to my lack of being impressed with the report you linked is silly.

Second point, as is in the thumbnail, the Proud Boys, led by a brown Latino, is not a white supremacist organization. They are a "Western chauvinist" group that got popular because they'd fight with Antifa.

Third point, the historian included in the interview doesn't know her stuff. She refers to "Two Percenters". There is no racist, or adjacent group called the "Two Percenters". She's probably meant to refer to the "Three Percenters", which even the ADL says they're not a white supremacist organization.

Which effects? Where? How many? Which jurisdictions? What's been done in the last 20 years since that "report" was written? Was that the best you could do? Pull up a document that is two-decades old to make an argument about the white supremacist bogeyman hiding around every corner instead of something recent that actually has data? And I'm sorry, but what plagues black people in this country isn't the bogeyman of white supremacy, it's the people within that black community who pull each other down, victimize each other, turn their communities into crime ridden dumps that cost businesses too much to operate, and bother the shit out of everyone else. I grew up in a mostly-minority neighborhood. I watched as growing into adolescence, the black kids self-segregated away from non-blacks, and the ones who didn't got bullied and made fun of by other black kids for "acting white" because they got good grades and didn't go into the thug shit.

The black community is creating racists every day. Non-black people see the youth mobs, the fights in restaurants, parking lots, and streets, the shootings in parks, and at funerals, the carjackings, the random assaults, corner store robberies, and are forming impressions and noticing patterns. The growing resentment against black people isn't just about skin color or looking different. It is because of the stuff too many black people do. You're trying to make the argument now, without data, just a bogeyman, that the stats that show black people have a propensity for violence and social dysfunction are because of racist cops and data scientists - you are completely unconvincing, and just seem to be coping.

First off, that report is from October of 2006, just under 20 years old.

Secondly, that report provides some anecdotes but no stats or data to measure the effectiveness white supremacist groups were having. Merely the fact that they were seeking to infiltrate is interesting, but this is the case with just about every radical, subversive group, right or left wing, and criminals, including street gangs.

Yes, I agree that his reasoning is presumptuous. He doesn't know how intelligent the person he's referring to is, and we don't know that he, himself, is intelligent enough to understand what he might accept through poor reasoning (even if it is true). I was too charitable with reading past his statement to the the broader, underlying claim that it takes different prerequisite levels of intelligence to understand different concepts, which is basic to cognitive science.

You post pictures of hanged men on trees and use that as evidence to accuse me of being descended from Satanic people. I've seen Africans do far worse (like "necklacing", among others). And I've seen Islamists and Indians do far worse. It's funny because you posting those pictures as if that demonstrates some kind of unique evil committed by whites only makes white people look more civilized to people who know of the creative, barbaric sadism present in many black and brown corners of the world.

And people like to portray those who were lynched as just random black people plucked off the street in order to terrorize that population. As was the case with the white people who were also lynched, most were accused of terrible crimes. And as is typical with extrajudicial killings, there are certainly people unjustifiably murdered by angry mobs.
