"Lucid Forest" | 8 Hours of Nature and Animal Soundscapes with Binaural Beats
Pulling this one out of the library tonight, because the way it works is worth explaining.

Eight hours in a forest. Birds through the trees, movement in the undergrowth, and every so often a dog barking somewhere in the distance. Those sounds are not decoration. They are triggers, and they are the whole point of the track.

Here is how it works. In deep sleep your mind filters almost everything out, but in the dreaming stages it stays half open to the room. Place a sound in there that is distinct but soft, and it does not pull you awake. It slips into the dream instead. You find yourself noticing a dog barking somewhere in the dream landscape, and that small moment of noticing is often the crack that lets you realise where you are.

That is the whole trick of lucid dreaming. Not waking up, just waking up inside the dream. The triggers are mixed quietly and spaced out for exactly that reason, enough to reach you, never enough to bring you all the way back.

Underneath the forest are binaural beats and isochronic tones working through the theta and delta ranges, holding you in the stages where this is possible.

One thing that makes a real difference. Before you fall asleep, picture one specific object you want to find in the dream. Hold it clearly for a minute. A door, an animal, your own hands. When that object turns up later, you are far more likely to catch it.

Keep something by the bed. A dream is gone about ninety seconds after you wake.

"Enhancing Focus and Productivity", Beta & Gamma Wave Brainwave Music
Eight hours for working. Beta and Gamma are the ranges your brain runs at when it's actually engaged, Beta for steady alert concentration, Gamma for the sharper end, where things connect and problems come apart. This track sits in both and stays there.

It's one of our older ones, and it's plain in the way the early tracks were. No melody, no scenery, nothing to listen to. Just the frequencies, running flat for eight hours. That's the whole design. Music with ideas in it competes with your ideas. This doesn't.

Put it on at the start of a work session and leave it. Low volume, it should be at the edge of noticing. Headphones if you have them; the binaural layer needs them to work properly, and this is one where it's worth it.

Eight hours means you're not resetting it. Start it in the morning and let it run until you're done.

Good for deep work, study, writing, revision, coding, admin that needs attention but not inspiration. Not for sleep, this is the opposite end of the catalogue.

The app has pre-built Beta and Gamma sessions you can set to a specific length, plus a Binaural Beat Maker if you want to dial in your own frequency and session time:

Put it on for one working session today and see if you notice the difference when you turn it off. That's usually when people do.

NEW RELEASE: "Classic Dreams" WITH RAIN
Classic Dreams has been on our channel since 2017, and it's one of the ones you keep coming back to. So we've rebuilt it.

Eight hours with rain laid over the top, the audio cleaned up, and something to look at while you drift off.

It opens on rain falling on dark water, and it stays there a long while. Then the rain slows, stops, and begins to fall upward, the drops lifting off the surface and rising as stars. That's the moment the track turns into its dream section. After that the screen goes dark and stays dark for the rest of the night.

The rain does two jobs. It's the sound most of you asked for, and it masks the room, the traffic, the fridge, the thin wall, the things that pull you back just as you're going under.

Underneath it, the same four-part structure that made this track work in the first place. Deep relaxation, then down through Theta into Delta where sleep lives, then back and forth between the two for the rest of the night. That's where the dreams come from.

Put it on before you get into bed. Volume low, the rain should sit under the room, not in front of it. Let it run the whole eight hours; the dream section is in the second half.

Keep something by the bed. A dream is gone about ninety seconds after you wake.

Sleep well. Tell me what you dreamt.

Lucid Dream Weaver is probably the most hidden track on the channel, but it's secretly one of the richest things we've ever made. It's built on two of the sounds this community has loved most, Manifest Miracles, the manifestation soundscape so many of you have used for intention and abundance work, and the original lucid dreaming sleep cycle. We took the manifestation current, layered binaural beats in theta and delta underneath it, wrapped the whole thing in soft rain and night ambience, and shaped it to move with the stages of sleep instead of a seated session.

So it's doing both jobs at once, the manifestation work carries on in the subconscious while you drift, and the brainwave entrainment pulls you toward lucid states and vivid dream recall. Set an intention before you close your eyes, headphones on, low volume, journal within reach for the morning. It is a strange, specific track and we think more of you should know it exists.

Watch it here: https://t.co/V0lSqeg9nT

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

@unfinishx Exactly, that’s the idea. I wanted it to move with the natural shifts through the night rather than just help with falling asleep. Appreciate you picking up on that.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

A powerful one for the lucid dreamers here.
This track sits in the delta and theta range (0.5Hz to 8Hz), drifting between them across 6 hours so it carries you through the full night rather than just the first sleep cycle. Theta is where most of the lucid work actually happens, REM, hypnagogic drift, that soft edge where awareness and dreaming start overlapping.

How to use it: headphones on, low volume, start it as you settle in. Keep something by the bed to catch fragments the moment you wake, that's where recall is built.

If you are training for lucid dreams, the Brainwave Music app brings everything into one place. Reality Check reminders you can schedule through the day, a Dream Journal with voice recording so you catch dreams before they fade, the full theta and lucid-focused audio library offline, and the Binaural Beat Maker for custom pre-sleep sessions at the exact Hz that works for you.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

If you're reading this at a time where you should already be asleep, this one's for you.
Eight and a half hours of rain over a 3.8Hz delta beat. 3.8Hz is down in the range your brain runs at in deep sleep, so the idea is simple, give it that rhythm to follow instead of the one it's stuck in. The rain is there to cover the room. Traffic, a fridge, someone else breathing, the silence itself if the silence is the problem.

No build, no melody to catch your ear, nothing that arrives later and wakes you. It's the same all night on purpose.

Put it on and set it to play the full length. Volume low, quieter than feels right, so it sits under the room rather than in your head. And put it on before you start trying to sleep, not after an hour of lying there getting annoyed. That's the part most people get wrong, myself included.

It won't work for everyone and I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise. But if rain is your thing, give it one proper night.

Try it tonight and share with us how it you slept.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

Some days you can feel other people on you. The argument you didn't have, the room you walked into, the person who takes something out of you every time you speak to them. This is for those days.

999Hz is the shielding frequency, the one used for sealing your field and keeping what isn't yours from getting in. Here it runs for ten hours underneath slow, wide relaxation music, so you can put it on in the morning and keep it there all day.

Start it before you go out into it, not after you come home. Keep the volume low, it's meant to sit around the room, not in front of you. And let it run long; the shield builds the longer it's up.

If you work around people, put it on tomorrow morning and leave it on. Come back and tell me what the day felt like.

https://t.co/yPYiLBCXTO

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

This one is different from most of what's on the channel, it's eight hours of dark ambient. Mostly low tones, deep, wide, slow-moving. There's no melody to follow and nothing bright in it. It starts almost silent; the first minute or two is barely there, so don't turn it up waiting for something to arrive. And somewhere in the middle hours it goes darker. That's deliberate. It's meant to sound like deep space, not a meadow.

If you usually fall asleep to the singing bowls or the piano tracks, this won't feel like those. But if you're someone who sleeps better with something heavy and enveloping underneath you, the kind of sound you stop noticing and then can't sleep without, this is the one to try.

How to get the most from it:

Start it before you get into bed, not after. Let the quiet opening happen while you're still moving around.

Volume lower than feels right. Low tones carry further than you expect, and at sleep volume the track sits under the room instead of in your ears.

There are isochronic pulses in it. Headphones make them clearer, but they work through speakers too, you don't need to sleep with anything on your head.

Let it run the full eight hours if you can. It's built so the darker middle passes while you're already under.

If it works for you, tell me. and if it's too dark, tell me that too. I'd like to know which way it lands.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

The Night Light has been up for eleven years, and it turns out most people don't use it to fall asleep. They use it so they don't dream badly, as some listeners have commented, "When I don't use this I have really horrible nightmares. Guess I gotta listen to this forever haha"

"This didn't get me to sleep, but it got my nightmare away thank goodness"

"Been having nightmares consecutively... praying for a positive and peaceful night of rest"

I can't tell you it stops bad dreams. Nobody can. What I can tell you is that it runs eight hours, so there is no point in the night where it stops and leaves you on your own, and I suspect that is most of what is actually going on.

It is soft, slow and unchanging. The name was never accidental: a night light is the thing you leave on so that nothing happens in the dark.

One more, because it made my week. A nursery teacher: "I work with preschoolers and use this for nap time. They fall asleep so fast and stay asleep too."

If tonight is one of those nights, put it on and leave it on.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

Nearly nine hours of 639 Hz for anyone who wants to try travelling tonight.
What it is: slow, dark ambient built around a 639 Hz binaural beat, running long enough to carry you through every dream cycle without stopping. No track breaks, no shifts, nothing that pulls you back awake.

How to get the best out of it:

Headphones or earbuds, the binaural effect needs both ears. Volume low, low enough that you have to reach for it.

Lie on your back if you can and stay still. Do not try to force anything in the first hour. Most people who get somewhere with this say the same thing: they let the first hour pass, and then something happened.

If you wake in the small hours and cannot move, that is sleep paralysis. It is common, it is harmless, and it passes on its own. It is also the doorway a lot of people here describe going through. If you would rather not, moving a finger or a toe usually breaks it.

Keep something beside the bed to write in. The first thirty seconds after waking is when most of it is still there.

Some of what people have left under this one over the years:

"Every night since I've found this I've travelled across an ocean of stars, visited star systems that still remain unmapped."

"I went to visit my brother who was doing well in another world. It felt good to talk with him again."

"At first I was skeptical, but after listening to this, I can feel a sense of peace within me."

Whatever happens, you get a full night's sleep out of it. Let us know where you end up.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

There is a track buried on this channel that hardly anyone has found, and it might be the most peaceful thing in the whole library. Nearly seven hours of slow ambient music over a 528 Hz tone, with gentle binaural beats underneath. Soft, open, completely unhurried. No track breaks, no shifts, nothing that jolts you awake at three in the morning, just one long calm stretch of sound that stays exactly where it is all night.

A word about the visual, because it is unusual. It is a figure made of light and starfield, arms open, floating in a nebula. I was trying to draw consciousness itself. It came out strange. Some of you will find it beautiful and some of you will not, and either is fine, the music is the point, and the screen is easy enough to turn off.

If you have a long quiet night ahead, put this one on and forget about it.

Nine hours of slow, heavy, protective music, and the one people tell us they fall asleep inside. 🛡️Mithril Spirit Armour has been on the channel for five years now, and it has a particular reputation among you. Not just "relaxing". More like being covered. It sits low and stays low, long sustained tones with heavenly peaceful sounds, 999 Hz running underneath from beginning to end, nothing that rises, I perfectly balanced track to drift off to, either in sleep, or meditation.

Two comments that have stayed with us:

"Yesterday I fell asleep with my headphones on while playing this video, and something weird happened. I started to have a lot of dreams and in all of them I was hearing this music in the distance. I was obsessed with it and spent the dream searching for where the music was coming from. In the morning I woke up and realised what that mysterious music was."

"I slept very well for the first time in 2 weeks :) thank you."

For sleeping, here's how we'd use it:

- Start it at lights out, not before. It runs nine hours, so it's meant to still be going when you wake.
- Volume lower than feels right. If you can pick out individual notes, it's too loud.
- Headphones deepen the 999 Hz layer if you can sleep in them. If you can't, speakers are fine — the music holds up either way.
- Don't set a sleep timer. The second half is the point.

Cosmic Dreamscape is one of the older dream tracks on this channel, and thousands of you found us through it. It runs on low-frequency binaural beats and isochronic tones moving through the Alpha, Theta and Delta ranges, the same order your own sleep moves through, so it stays underneath you rather than pulling you back up.

How we'd use it:
- Start it as you get into bed, not before. It's built to run the whole night.
- Volume lower than feels right. If you can pick out the sound, it's too loud.
- Headphones are optional. It was mixed to work either way.
- Keep a notepad by the bed. Dream recall comes from writing them down in the first minute after waking, before they go.

If this one was part of your nights once, we'd like to know what you remember of it.

[Brainwave @BrainwavePM]

Ocean waves, eight hours, no talking and no sudden sounds. 🌊
This one is built on a four-part sleep cycle. The frequencies underneath move from 16 Hz down to 0.1 Hz across the night, following the way sleep itself descends, with ocean waves running over the top the entire time.

How we'd use it:

- Put it on at lights out and leave it. Don't set a sleep timer.
- Low volume. The waves should sit at the edge of hearing.
- Works on speakers or headphones, whichever you sleep with.
- If you're after dream recall, write down whatever's there the moment you wake, even a fragment.

New tonight: The DreamCatcher, NOW WITH RAIN. We've been going back through some of our older and most popular tracks lately, and this was one of the ones that held up. It's from 2015 and still one of the most well received deep sleep tracks we've made, so we've added rain to it and put the whole eight hours back up.

The rain sits underneath the music rather than over the top of it, it fills
the room without giving you anything to actually listen to. And the screen
dims slowly as the night goes on, so there's no light left in the room by the
time you're properly asleep.

One thing we're curious about, do you sleep better with rain, or without it?
We've got a few more tracks we could do this to, and it'd genuinely help to
know which way people lean.
