Hi Consumer care team @jagograhakjago - I’m posting this message to highlight consumer court grievance number as attached which i raised against @ZARA @ZARA_Care regarding non-delivery of product. And now for this inconvenience, i want full refund + immediate delivery.

Ordered items from @ZARA which supposed to be delivered on 19th July then got delayed shifted to 22nd July and now I’m getting messages from @Delhivery (delivery partner) for self pickup and yet to be delivered.What nonsense then why did you charge delivery fees.@jagograhakjago

Please help to intervene as I’m not getting support from reliance digital and i have engaged local vendor to fix my AC as its been a month but no action from reliance. So please help me get a refund from them to pay fixing charges to local vendor.

Do Not Buy any product from reliance digital store instead buy directly from branded store because when u buy from them, you won’t avail customer services from brand store,hence you are compelled but you will not get good customer service by them @RelianceDigital @jagograhakjago

Still not getting enough support from @RelianceDigital, hence raised consumer forum complaint. I would request you all to log a ticket to consumer forum who are facing the same like I did below, it will make the case stronger and will be heard by the government.@jagograhakjago

@tata1mg please de-list my mobile number as you are troubling me by giving recurring calls even though I told multiple times to remove my number. This is a pathetic behaviour. Next time, it will be considered as mental harassment and I will report to consumer court.
