@AmazonHelp Do you really think 2 weeks is an optimal refund time? Flipkart refunds take just a day after pickup. @amazonIN is becoming too stringent with genuine customers. This delay is unfair & unacceptable. Why should buyers suffer for seller mistakes? @consumercourtin

It's very disappointing that the seller first delivers the wrong product, and when the customer asks for a refund, Amazon says it will take three weeks to process. It's totally harassment.

The customer support is poor. Whenever a customer replies, there's a predefined bot response. Sometimes human intervention is required. Why should the customer suffer for the seller's fault? It's serious negligence and misuse of customer paid money
