@udaykotak Sir, for last 2 months i have tried to change account classification in Kotak Bank. But, i have failed. Customer care, my RM, branch manager and Level 2 nodal officer all have failed me.
I will raise Level3 complaint today. I expected much better.

@ICICIBank On 16th April, i clicked on pop up of loan in imobile app by mistake. I cancelled loan application. i have been getting calls from ICICI, HDFC, KOTAK, IDFC for loans. They have my personal details. You have leaked my personal information and harassing me.
