Year 4 had a fantastic afternoon of STEM activities with the @PIEProjectUK and a representative for the British Army. They took part in coding and building gliders and had to focus on our core values of resilience and team work before testing their glider designs.
Yesterday, our Year 3's and Year 6's took part in sessions put on by @murtonpark. Year 3 learnt more about the Stone Age and Year 6 about the Homefront of World War Two. The sessions were interactive and engaging and the children loved the day! #twitteredu#primaryhistory

The year 5/6 boys and girls football teams played in the Wilf Manion tournament. Both teams showed fantastic determination, sportsmanship and teamwork. The girls won their league and got beat in the semi finals! Well done to both teams! #sport#physicaleducation#eduteach

Yesterday Brambles took part in a PE Escape Room day with @gowellwithus. There were a series of challenges involving some of our core values - team work and resilience. When the children reached the final challenge, they had to crack the code to open the lock and win the prize!

Today, Brambles had the opportunity to attend a workshop with @DogsTrust. We learned about how we can be safe around dogs following 5 rules. These include leaving a dog alone when it is eating and making sure we are quiet when we are around them so we don't hurt their ears.
Today, our Year 4 children held their class assembly. The children played Brambles Eggheads and challenged to whole school with Times Tables Challenges. #assembly#maths
