I agree, it's an awful update with no benefit. The only reason I can see it being made was Elon being upset so mamy people have him blocked.
It's just removing a vital safety feature for creators and individual who can't/don't want to use a private account

I'm not sure how i feel about the block system being removed from what it's supposed to do. I have people blocked to give me peace of mind. I have people blocked who have done a lot of harm to me. Allowing them back in my life was not in the plan. Allowing them power to see what I tweet whenever they want defeats the purpose. There are people on here who have I rather never see again. Why would you do that to people who use your platform? From witch hunts, stalkers, mass hating, harassing and more why would you enable that?
