@HellieJow@RegionWaterloo Still waiting for an actual answer about what’s going to happen with the children that have special needs and no where to go ...
@HellieJow Wow 6 million for a bike lane but you can easily take jobs away from women and good care from children that need it in a system that already has no spots
@HellieJow@RegionWaterloo Where’s the 6 million coming from for the bike path that seems to be more important than the jobs of women and good quality childcare
@HellieJow@RegionWaterloo You want to answer my questions with numbers go look at the perry pre-school project and maybe you all will learn what real $$ In childcare looks like just because it’s not a fat check in your pocket immediately doesn’t mean it’s the better choice...
@HellieJow@RegionWaterloo You didn’t answer my question.. what happens to the families that have children with higher needs that don’t get accepted to programs like YWCA because it’s too much to handle but you currently have a system that is in place right now that is helping those families
@HellieJow@RegionWaterloo Comparing the well-being of children’s education and the strength of an all women workforce that you are shutting down to bricks and mortar is sad. Where are children with special needs going to get the care they need when daycares that are already in place refuse them.
@RegionWaterloo@KarenRedman@TomGalloway@cityofcambridge We don’t need your crap ION we need high quality regional childcare but your taking that away from families to make your political agenda more equitable ya that’s a joke
@RegionWaterloo @karlkiefer52 Ya take away childcare and uproot parents and families lives just for a couple extra bucks to put into your LRT and bike lanes WHAT A JOKE!
