@TheRedJinty All 3 have their own styles, takes on stories, character portrayals, lore ect.
The same Thomas that got pissed because he was shunted for Stepney's train is not the same one giggling at popping corks.
@MrJulianR1 BWBA had better character diolouge, and a greater cast, things happening in the episodes, and a fun concept.
Nitrogen had better looking, more polished animation with robotic diolouge, and it also felt more like Thomas.
It all really depends on how you prefer Thomas too be.
@itstrainboy Agreed. 99% of my childhood collection is gone, so ive been slowly rebuilding.
I've made it a point that to buy every item in person. Some have been bought for Thomas' 80th, some items ive bought tie together with memories with family, and friends. Some are just cool
@No_Samah_24 Ita definitely not what Thomas is supposed to be, but its true.
AEG isn't trying to be a flashy cartoon, and still be like the old show at the same time like BWBA was. So its less infuriating
@TheLoneCoach The thing I appreciate the most is the innovation with the faces. Face varients are highly sought after, and I appreciate that they did so many new face prints with these guys. I wish that was a trend that stuck after AEG, because it also was great on the 2022 TWR
@tommosandfrends And I thought I was lucky too find 2, I somehow found both card styles. I was on a road trip and found these in two stores 6 hours apart from each other.
@WonkyWhistles Theres a difference between buying one of everything for yourself, and pulling a ThomasTalk and buying everything to re-sell for 4x the price.
