Just when I thought my first sale on @spaceship was finally happening, it got put on hold, turning the whole buyer experience into a disappointing roller coaster. Here's what happened:

3. One last thing: the buyer was asked to verify his account by uploading some id documents. Is this required for all buyers? He's based in the US, and the transaction is only a few hundred dollars, so I hope this level of verification isn't required for every buyer.
