बैंक के काम में इनका बहुत योगदान होता है।यह अगर नहीं रहे तो बैंकिंग सिस्टम गड़बड़ा जाएगी।
क्योंकि अगर कोई CSA छुट्टी पर जाता है तो हम ऑफिसर्स को बहुत परेशानी होती है।
बैंक में CSA को मेडिकल अलाउंस मिलता है। और यह इतना कम है कि मुझे लगता है देना और नहीं देगा एक ही बराबर है।
