@AggrendWoW @Vondalv shamans lightning bolt/chain lightning max rank dmg reduction. it is MASSIVE. i seen your team said it was due to reducing the cast times but elemental alacrity got nerfed by .5 so ele shams cast 2 sec and 1.5same as always and just eat the massive dmg nerf baseline

@AggrendWoW Hey aggrend why nerf vampiric embrac to a min cooldown up from 10 seconds. That is a 50 second nerf. and only give 1 dot that also has a 1 min cd that most classes can just cleanse anyways. Meanwhile warlocks get like 4 no cd dots. Trying to figure out the headspace.
