@WilliamsSonoma You are a con. We waited 4 months to receive broken custom furniture. And when I call customer service they are terrible & disrespectful. They pretend they schedule appt only to cancel it. And,when you call back to complain they hang up on you.

@westelm what a complete and utter disaster. My 80+ year old in-laws had us order them a new couch/futon and chair. It took you guys over 4 months to deliver this item and it’s BROKEN! My 80+ year old mother-in-law sleeps on the couch and has the WORST BACK PAIN! #312903382637 😡
