You’re not supposed to fight every battle. You won’t reach your destiny dealing with all the weeds. When the enemy comes in at night and sows weeds in your good soil, don’t panic, don’t get upset. Let God deal with the weeds.
Difficult people are all around. There will be someone who can steal your joy, offend you, leave you out, say something that’s not true. The key is to handle it the right way. Don’t take the bait.
There are seasons of waiting, times when we’re not seeing any progress. We have to endure and do the right thing when nothing is changing. Pass those tests. But remember, as God carries you, you’re also going to come into these moments of favor where He catapults you ahead.
It’s great to have faith for yourself, to believe for your dreams, speak victory over your life. But God didn’t give you faith just for you. You can be the one that steps up and believes for a friend.
When you gave your life to Christ, He put something on you that causes you to stand out, to overcome obstacles, to accomplish dreams. It’s a divine enablement, a favor that propels you into your destiny. It’s simply called "the blessing."
God wouldn’t have allowed the end of one thing if He didn’t have a new beginning coming. Don’t judge by appearances. God is doing things you can’t see. There’s something bigger, better, more rewarding than you can imagine.
It is the little things that can keep us from big blessings: a little pride, a little compromise, a little jealousy. Put your old self down and put on the new you: the free you, the blessed you, the happy you, the victorious you.
Why don’t you be a believer and not a doubter? Doubters are a dime a dozen. God is looking for people who will dare to say, “Yes, I’m in a dry season, but I know this is not how my story ends. My blooming season is coming.”
“Why did this door close, why did this person walk away, why did this contract get cancelled?” God never brings things to an end without having something better coming, something more rewarding, more fulfilling. There are new relationships, new passions, new dreams, new mountains to climb.
God has great things in store for all of us, but too often, we don’t think we deserve it. Paul said in Romans, “The gift of righteousness is for all who will receive it.” God has gifts for you. He has mercy, wisdom, favor, abundance. You don’t earn it. It’s a gift.
You’re going to dance on the things that are trying to stop you. Dance on the depression. Dance on the sickness, the debt, the disappointment, the loneliness. Dance on the chains that once held you back. Be inspired by this message from Joel, "Let the Party Begin". https://t.co/v5OAg8hxlL
What’s behind you is not nearly as important as what’s in front of you. Where you’re going is what matters, not where you’ve been. Is there something you need to forget, so you can see the new thing, something you need to quit dwelling on, so you can step into the favor and blessing that God has for you?
God’s looking for the true you, the passionate you, the free you, the anointed you, not the watered-down you. He’s looking for the you that dreams big, the you that knows all things are possible. Be inspired by this message from Joel, "Finding the Lost You". https://t.co/v5OAg8hxlL
God will put you in situations, on purpose, where the odds are against you, so He can show out in your life. It’s not there to stop you; it’s a setup for God to make you an example of His goodness. He will never let you get into a problem that He can’t bring you out of.
God is fighting for you. He sees what you’re going through. He knows what you’re up against. Your time is coming. God said “Every mountain shall be brought down. Every high thing will be flattened out.” What God started in your life, He will finish.
The Scripture says, “While we were yet strangers, while we were far off, God brought us near through the blood of Christ.” Jesus said in John, “You didn’t choose Me, I chose you.” God handpicked you.
You may have made a mess of things in your life, but God knows how to not only clean up the mess but also how to bring you out where nobody knows what you’ve been through. Your mistakes are not going to be your identity.
The enemy would love for you to be a prisoner of doubt, a prisoner of shame, a prisoner of bitterness. You’re in the wrong prison. God wants to pay you back. Become a prisoner of hope. Listen to this message from Joel! "From Trouble to Double": https://t.co/KpspxxmnN3
It’s not just up to us; we have a Shepherd. We have a defender. We have a provider, a vindicator, a way maker, a healer, a deliverer. That’s a powerful way to live, knowing that as a lamb, we have a Shepherd watching over us.
There will be detours, people who do you wrong, times you don’t see how it can work out. Stay in peace. God is going to carry you to your destination. Like a father carries his son, God is carrying you.
