In yet another case of extraordinary exploitation of our financial system and equally extraordinary leniency from our justice system, this month, a 25-year-old Afghan man, Rahimullah Hotak of Rosscourt Rise, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to money laundering over 45,000 euro over a year period in the country.

He was given a fully suspended 18-month prison sentence and avoided jail.

He is still allowed to stay in the country as well.

The money he laundered was free social welfare payments he received from 2020 to 2021 when he was around 18 or 19 and was sent to bank accounts in six countries; Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Serbia, Greece, and Turkey.

Each individual transaction was below the threshold that would normally attract attention, but the number of transactions and the range of countries raised suspicions with authorities.

His income was significantly out of proportion to what he would reasonably have had access to.

There was no evidence presented on the exact origin of the money beyond this, and he made no admissions when arrested.

Orla Crowe is the name of the judge who let him off the hook despite the detective garda present stating the incident to be "more significant than typical money mule cases".

Well if it's so much more significant, then the question must most certainly be asked by the sentence was so typically similar to all so many more instances of migrant crime?

The main reasons of the judge decision was defence grounds of a rough personal upbringing and lack of "re-offence", which in to me just means things he wasn't caught for.

His father killed by a bomb when he was young and so mother sent him and his brother to Ireland for safety, implying the father to be an innocent victim of an accident.

So let's get this straight.

This man has family involvement in a military-terrorism related incident, has been sending money to multiple regions known to currently be hot-spots for jihadist movements and/or ongoing regional conflicts and then made no attempt to help trace the money?

To me that's straight away signalling terror cell funding assignment.

He's involved in terrorism assisting in funding whatever faction.

But that's far from all you need to know about him.

He arrived in secondary school here with no English and dropped out.

He has admitted to be a regular cocaine and alcohol consumer despite also being a devout Muslim.

He traveled back to Afghanistan to marry a girl with an undisclosed age but described by the court as a child.

He impregnated that child who is now his wife and stated in court he hopes to eventually bring her and their baby to Ireland with him.

The judge noted all of this and labeled them as "troubling features" of his character yet felt compelled by the probation services report to let him go.

Corrupt.

Disgraceful.

Ridiculous.

Shameful.

Everyone involved.

This man should be gone NOW!!!

Reports from Irish media suggest anywhere from 35-55 children are currently missing from state care, while Ireland's record on human trafficking has been regularly highlighted recently as one of the worst in Europe.

In October, Mohammed Usman Baig and Farhan Mirza continued use of a facility in Dublin despite being told it was unsuitable. Shortly after, a child was viciously murdered by a migrant from Somalia inside the facility.

Investigations have found unsuitable conditions, unvetted migrant staff and fraud on a massive scale.

This entire system is a transfer of wealth from Irish taxpayers to foreigners, exactly like what has been revealed with the Somalis in Minnesota.

The only difference is, children are being killed and disappearing in Ireland.

How was this allowed to happen?

It's very simple, the last Minister for Children was a man named Roderic O'Gorman, a man with no children and leader of the Green Party. Roderic spent his time as Minister for Children inviting migrants to Ireland and calling everyone racist.

He also misappropriated funds on several occasions, giving money to his preferred LGBT causes.

Under the current Minister for Children, Norma Foley, it's clear that not much has changed.
