Learning to eat healthy on the internet is hard

When it's hard, you get frustrated & stop trying

with 12+ yrs of studying & teaching nutrition

I decided to make it simple for yall...

You just gotta do the things you say you’re gonna do.

That’s it.

@DylanSpina61 Looking forward to experiencing this. Started running at 270 and noticed a huge difference at 245. Signed up for my first marathon for May 2023, aiming to run it while weighing around 230

There is not much of a better feeling than eating cookies right out of the oven after a cold and rainy run 🏃🏻‍♂️🍪

Work. School. Life. Every valid reason to not #run today, and I almost didn't. Then I pushed through and finally hit a long-term goal

Ironically, my first Army weekend back with the #Michigan National Guard took place in #Gettysburg PA to simulate being Public Affairs for the Battle of Gettysburg

I'm willing to travel 600 miles to have a good team, and these two mentors help make that trip worth the while 🇺🇸

You will never grow if u don't go. You must disconnect from the things thats holding u back. It won't be easy, convenient, applauded or appreciated but it must occur. I pray 4 your strength & your courage because this will be life changing. You know what u must do it. #CoachPrime

I know a lot of people are big on first impressions

But I’m not

Anyone can be anything once

+ some folks just awkward

I give people many impressions before deciding who I think they are & how they fit in my life

Once I commit to something - I'm willing to go as far into my soul as I need to in order to see it through #SundayFunday #Running #Hoka

@DylanSpina61 @DylanSpina61 knows what he's talking about! After just one conversation last year, I made a daily step goal of 5k, then 10k, then I transitioned into running 5ks & 10ks, and this past weekend I ran my first half marathon 🙌
