@StubHubSupport finally replied 17 hours and 25 mins AFTER showtime for the Coldplay concert.

My girlfriend bought $1,828.44 tickets for my birthday on July 16. StubHub ignored us for days, then offered obstructed seats or a refund 45 mins after the concert started.

We lost 2 days of work, $200+ on lodging, and drove 5.5 hours because StubHub refused to refund until showtime.

This is not customer service — it’s theft and negligence.

Finally — at 7:15pm, 45 minutes after the concert started, StubHub offered two “replacement” options:

🔘 Section 138 Row C – no seat number
🔘 Section 308 – no row or seat

Both with partially obstructed views. And that was supposed to be “comparable.”
