@JudgeDillard @VerizonSupport @Verizon Judge, if it helps, I’ve found that going through Apple is a fairly smooth experience when upgrading even with VZ as a carrier. It seems like VZ doesn’t have as much of a brand deal with Apple, so it disincentivizes them from doing iPhone sales directly
