Thing is Drake has ownership on his back catalog too and once he fulfills his contract with them he can take his back catalog with him. Drake back catalog was on loan for universal while he was in a distribution license deal with them but once he does his final album with them he will be able to have it back and take it with him to the next record label. Because Drake owns his masters and the copyright of his music. This was pointed out in the lawsuit documents regarding his music
