"We’re ready to launch!"
Or so I thought...
This is good.
We’ve done everything we’re supposed to do.
We did our research.
The page is done.
The campaign is mapped.
We talked to customers.
We’ve gotten feedback.
Nothing feels missing.
And that’s exactly why this is so dangerous.
Because most of the feedback we hear is polite.
Supportive.
Filtered.
People nod.
They say it makes sense.
They tell us what they like.
Might even give some "constructive" feedback.
And we hear what we’re already looking for.
There's a big difference between "this is great" and "take my money".
Not because anyone’s lying.
But because people are nice.
And because we’re already convinced this is ready to go.
It doesn’t really matter whether it’s a new product, a sales page, or a marketing campaign.
When all the feedback is coming through relationships...
...from people on the inside...
...it’s easy to mistake reassurance for clarity.
So the gaps don’t show up as objections or negative feedback.
Those show up later.
In angry customers.
In confused responses.
In stalled conversations.
In “let me think about it” that never turns into anything.
That’s the part I missed for a long time.
Doing the research.
Talking to customers.
Checking the boxes.
And still releasing with blind spots...because everything passed through confirmation bias.
What changed wasn’t talking to more people.
It was making this a step that runs, every time, whether I feel confident or not.
A final check that doesn’t care about my pride, my effort, or how close I think we are.
It just shows me how this actually lands before I pay for being wrong.
If you’re sitting on something you’re “pretty sure” is ready...
A new offer.
A sales page.
A campaign.
...and you don’t want to find out the hard way.
Reach out.
It's easy to skip.
But it’s the part that changes the outcome.
6/ Imagine freeing up your schedule entirely! If AI could handle just one thing for you, what would it be? Let’s brainstorm! 💡 #AIExecution#OperatorLayer
5/ When integrated properly, AI acts as an Operator. It keeps boring work moving so you can dedicate your time to high-impact tasks. That’s the game changer! 🤯
2/ The trap with AI is thinking it’s easy after initial success. You might get a solid answer—and then what? You feel like you can manage without truly leveraging its potential.
1/ AI in business isn't about flashy one-off solutions; it's about quietly managing repetitive tasks so you can focus on what truly matters. Curious how? 🧵 (1/6)
Ever notice how easy something looks until YOU have to do it?
Last night we trained new assistant instructors at our dojo. These kids watched us greet students for YEARS.
Simple 4-step process, right?
Then they had to actually DO it themselves.
Hilarity ensued.
Same thing with ads right now. You've watched others launch campaigns, seen ads in your feed. You THINK you know what's involved.
Until you actually do it yourself.
There's still time. Once you know the STEPS, it's repeatable.
It's not too late for Black Friday. 👊
It's "holiday trap" season...
You're buried in client delivery
Your ads die from neglect
Leads dry up
You panic-create new ads on Sunday
Repeat in 4 weeks
Meanwhile, businesses with SYSTEMS fill pipelines automatically.
Busiest buying season of the year.
Choose leverage.
@vikingzfanpage McCarthy has to play to get better. He needs reps and has to build the muscle to diagnose NFL defenses post snap.
(Would sure be nice if our line could keep him clean. Been a rough year for the big fellas.)
Most business owners confuse activity with leverage.
They build systems that do more things... instead of systems that require them to do fewer things.
My happiest friends don't buy stuff.
They buy back their LIFE:
→ Time to think → Better sleep
→ Real health → Family time
They've cracked the code...
You can't buy happiness.
But you CAN buy less noise.
