If a gym owner tells you how amazing his training environment is you can take it with a grain of salt.
If his clients feel compelled to tell you the same story, however, you can assume the place is legit.
The best of the best won’t have to remind you how good they are.

All of the worst coaches I've ever met/worked with, were the ones that prioritized how hard their programs were.
Fatigue and soreness are (unfortunate) side effects of training... not goals.
IMO, coaches that push difficulty do it to mask training ignorance.
Chase adaptation.
