Roger Tansey has been harassing me online for almost 5 years. But to make matters worse, he is a lawyer and public defender who has weaponized his own profession to attack me repeatedly on social media.
If you go to his X account and search my handle (@BrandonStraka) you will find dozens and dozens of posts in which Tansey publicly refers to me as a “snitch”, a “domestic terrorist”, a “traitor”, an “insurrectionist”, and openly taunts me about having taken a plea deal and mocking that I pled guilty.
This isn’t Tansey having a bad day, or even a bad week… Tansey has focused his harassment on me beginning in 2020 and every year following.
To put this into perspective- a man whose job it is to negotiate plea deals for public defendants, to facilitate cooperation agreements, and who has been entrusted by the public to fairly and objectively represent defendants in the justice system- has been serially attacking, ridiculing, and taunting me in public for being connected to the exact services that he’s been entrusted to provide to people.
Tansey, a “Harvard educated trial attorney”, should know better than anybody the unethical and completely inappropriate dangers it puts a person in to publicly refer to them as a “snitch”, and yet he continues to it- even though this assertion against me is not even true or accurate. It would appear that Tansey WANTS to endanger my life by compulsively repeating this narrative.
Mr. Tansey seems to feel that he is justified in doing this to me because I am a gay man who has exercised my American right to support a political party that Mr. Tansey has described as “Nazis”, “fascists”, and “bigots” (Mr. Tansey also said he “really hopes that [President Trump] dies penniless in prison”.)
Sadly, Mr. Tansey is also a gay man who, despite his advanced age, has the emotional and social intelligence of a 12 year old. And sadly, like so many gay leftist men, seems to have never recovered from being teased as a kid and grew up to be a rageful man-child who thinks it’s ok to stalk, harass, and bully people online who don’t agree with his political agenda.
For these reasons, I have filed a complaint against Mr. Tansey and will be seeking to have him removed from his position and have him disbarred. This man has no business representing anybody legally, and no business practicing the legal profession of coordinating plea deals, cooperation agreements, or coaching others on their legal rights and options.

President Trump has FIRED all Federal prosecutors who participated in the January 6th persecutions of innocent people.
In light of this, I’d like you all to help make these two women very famous. They are the two women who prosecuted me, and helped create the lies against me that tore my life apart.
On the left is April Nicole Russo.
Russo ironically won the “Shaping Justice” award in 2011, 10 years before she decided to join a tyrannical government regime to use the weight of the federal justice department to force innocent people into having to make false confessions, and destroy their lives. Russo knew that I did not encourage the crowd to take a shield on J6, nor did I encourage the crowd to enter the building, and yet during my plea hearing she told the judge she wanted to hear me say out loud that I did- and she forced me to say those words.
On the right is Brittany L Reed.
Brittany specializes in accidentally forgetting to seal her confidential court documents, because she views all the material she handles as fodder for the media. Reed hates Trump supporters, and took delight in lying to my judge over and over again about my “actions” on January 6th. Reed also wrote a 15 page memorandum to the court objecting to me being let off probation early, claiming I am a threat to public safety.
This mugshot was taken 5 years ago today, on the morning I was raided, arrested, and jailed for a “crime” that was manufactured by the FBI- which I did not commit.
To date, nobody has been held accountable for what was done to me and thousands of others.
NEW: Last year I voluntarily took a polygraph on camera about the J6 accusations against me—including the media lie that I “gave evidence on others” for a plea deal.
I committed no crime. I didn't enter the Capitol. I didn't participate in the riot. I wasn't even on the same side of the building where the riot occurred.
The Biden DOJ/FBI targeted me to extract info on Trump (there was none) and to smear my name and reputation, and portray me as untrustworthy to try to destroy my movement.
FBI agent Jeremy Desor fabricated this case. Reports say he was fired two months ago for his involvement in Arctic Frost targeting Trump.
To date, there has been no stated effort to make whole the thousands bankrupted, ruined, and even driven to suicide by the actions of our government.

Innocent people were charged and convicted on January 6th.
Many people were forced to sign false confessions at the hands of the DOJ, which now results in Grok and every other AI platform repeating this false information because it’s what the government and its supportive media has saturated the internet with.
I produced my own documentary (pinned post) that clearly shows how the allegations I “confessed” to were untrue, and I would even consider it a victory if Grok and other sources like it would state that I refute the claims against me, even though I signed a confession, and link to my documentary.
I think that’s fair. It’s factually true that I refute my plea deal, and the documentary I created gives additional context to the claims.
As of now, Grok basically just regurgitates the government’s, Wikipedia’s, and CNN’s version of events.

My judge was Dabney Friedrich.
Judge Friedrich is responsible for ruling that the 1512 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” felony COULD be used against the J6ers.
This felony charge was used as a weapon to force guilty pleas, and was given to many J6ers who chose to try to defend themselves at trial (100% of them lost).
Countless people spent years in prison on the 1512 charge, which was as overturned by the Supreme Court this year- for being unconstitutional and wrongfully applied.
I went through 10 months of torment by the FBI and DOJ before meeting Judge Dabney Friedrich for the first time.
I honestly believed that when I had the opportunity to stand before a judge, impartiality and fairness would finally come into the picture.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
She was openly hostile, aggressive, contemptuous, irrational, and blindly prejudiced.
She treated me like a murderer. And she was even worse to my attorneys.
She seemed to relish in attacking us knowing that the media was listening and lapping up all of the content she was serving up for them.
As a futile exercise, we filed for early termination of my probation after several years, and Judge Friedrich denied it, stating, “His minimizing of his and others' unlawful acts on January 6 evinces a continued lack of remorse and an ongoing need to protect the public from future crimes”.
I will spend the rest of my life working to make sure that Judge Dabney Friedrick as well as any of the other January 6th judges never advances in the federal court system, and sure as hell never gets anywhere near our Supreme Court.
All of these DC judges must be impeached.

Ryan J. Reilly is a “reporter” for NBC who worked hand in hand with Sedition Hunters and with the government to destroy people’s lives.
His only assignment for years was to propagandize on behalf of the government against J6ers.
He developed a dedicated following of antifa-type individuals who would stalk and harass the people he relentlessly wrote untrue articles about, including myself.
Ryan didn’t just write untrue stories about J6 defendants. He took pleasure in taunting us.
In one instance, I sent an email to my subscribers telling them I was excited about a big new announcement I had coming the next day related to my work with #WalkAway.
For no reason at all, Ryan ran a new story through NBC that day, recycling a lie that he helped create that I was a snitch who was turning people in to DOJ- and when he posted the article he wrote, “Can’t wait for your big announcement tomorrow, Brandon!”
It is not hyperbolic to say that Ryan bears significant responsibility for the numerous suicides of J6 defendants, and for creating the false narratives that led to hundreds of people being wrongfully convicted, stalked, harassed, mass banned and destroyed.
And through all of it- he thought it was funny.
Our society must now demand serious consequences for Ryan and others like him who abused the power of the press to destroy innocent people based on their political affiliation.
Now that Trump has been elected, Ryan now hides his X account like the coward he is and always was.
But remember his face, remember his name,
Ryan must be held accountable.
