This one really hits home for me…
It’s been such a rollercoaster ride in entrepreneurship and business over the years. The Sacrifices made. The hardships and tears shed.
Since I was a kid I’ve always strived to elevate everyone around me to help them become more and do more than they thought was possible…
From being an Inventor and Selling Ice in my early 20s to becoming an Investor and helping people elevate their companies and brands with Accelerant Media Group in my late 20s and early 30s.
One thing has always remained consistent. And that is humanizing myself and all the brands I’ve worked with. Take away all the business accolades, money made, and company milestones hit. At the end of the day, we are all people who want to connect with real people who are doing good in the world.
This is why I believe in the power of a Personal Brand and how that brand can impact your company and all of the lives you come in contact with.
Today is the release of my Cover Feature on Valiant CEO Magazine.
I’m speechless..

Words are the most powerful thing 🔥
What you say influences your brain, your body, your mind, and your soul. Words like "try," "maybe," and "I'll get to it" are keeping you stuck.
The words I use are “I will,” “I do,” and “I believe.” I speak things as if they're already my reality. Maybe they aren’t actually in that moment, but when you act like it, it uplifts your energy, soul, and belief.
The words you say every day become the standards you live up to. Choose them wisely!
Your brand is your most powerful business asset, but only if you build it with intention 🔥
Over the past 10 years, I've tested and refined the B.R.A.N.D. Formula across my own businesses and dozens of brands we've scaled at @bigbrandventure.
B – Books & Blogging
R – Recording Video Content
A – Audio & Podcasting
N – Networking & Events
D – Delivering Massive Value
Each one compounds over time to build awareness, authority, and profit.
On June 16th in St. Petersburg, FL, I'm breaking down the full B.R.A.N.D. Formula in an intimate workshop with @HarringtonKevin.

Most people spend their lives chasing the finish line. They think the next achievement, the next deal, or the next milestone is what will finally make them happy. But what I've learned is that the victory is only a tiny fraction of the journey.
If you only focus on winning, you will never feel fulfilled because the moment you hit one goal, you are already chasing the next one. You have to learn to enjoy building and appreciate the obstacles because those obstacles are what shape you into the person capable of handling bigger opportunities later.
I got kicked out of Netflix...
But it taught me the most important lesson to face my fears and go after it.
Because if I didn’t go, I would wake up one day and always wonder what if.
The most dangerous thing that can happen once you build an inner circle is thinking you no longer have to earn your place in it.
The moment you get lazy or that ego creeps in and tells you that your reputation is enough is when it all starts to unravel.
Always stay in underdog mode and look for how you can bring more value, not less. The people worth having in your circle are watching how you show up, not just what you have achieved.
One of my biggest goals is to become a Shark on Shark Tank🔥
I asked @HarringtonKevin what tips he has for me if I were to become the next Shark. Here’s what he said…
Every difficult moment in my life has carried a lesson. Every failure prepared me for the next chapter. Once you start looking at life that way, these things stop feeling permanent. Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” you start asking, “What is this trying to teach me?”
