@fordnation @RegionofDurham Good so now the 412 and the 418 can become just as congested as the 401 and QEW. Keeping this highway as a toll road was allowing less congestion. It is no longer going to be maintained in the same high standard as the 407ETR. With it no longer under private control it’ll fail.
