@ambersantana99 Even in jobs outside of your career, maybe you could emphasize the various skills you may have gotten from those jobs. Depending on your job maybe you developed leadership skills, communication, team building, organization, etc. that you can expand upon in your resume 👍

#RHUB305 since I want to work in Geography and GIS programs for my career, although I don’t have a lot of geography experience, I can put in my cover letter the introductory GIS courses I have taken already. Showing my steps taken to show interest in my potential career field!

#RHUB305 I know some students don’t think they have a lot of experience to put on a resume. Include any activities you may have done outside of work (volunteer work, help with a major project, etc.) A resume doesn’t have to be just work but can also include experiences! 👍

#RHUB305 when applying for graduate school it’s important to treat this process as if it were an interview. Professionalism is a key elements when asking for a letter of recommendation from professors. The application for graduation should be treated at the highest priority!

#RHUB305 After reading "Strategies for Navigating during COVID-19" they mentioned several career platforms that are good for job searching and internships during COVID-19. I use the Glassdoor app and its constantly sending me internship and job opportunities. Maybe look into it!
