I gamified productivity because I'm addicted to watching YouTube videos.

- 25 minutes of work = 25 points

It costs me 150 points to watch one 10 minute video.

I use pomodoro for 50 minutes and then 10 minutes break.

After 3 hours of deep work I can enjoy a video 🙌

Jumping in headfirst can drive action, especially under pressure. Social media, like LinkedIn, has been vital—landing me 3 inbound leads I closed.

Do you have any tips for freelancing?

So get it out there and learn from the Users to then enhance or even pivot.

If the Users don't pick it up, then you have not wasted a whole year, but can instead focus on another product or angle.

You will save so much time, money and effort with this approach.

I sometimes get asked what the most important thing is when building a SaaS.

1. Validate, validate, and validate
2. Talk to Users
3. Launch fast

It's due to the fact that you can learn and adjust.

It's all an hypothesis until you put it out in the real world, even if you validate and talk to Users. Until you release, you don't know if people will use it or buy it.

I end each morning creating a list of non-negotiable tasks and a to-do for the following day.

Currently my non-negotiable tasks are:
- Read 20 min
- Code 1 hour (learning it)
- Go for a walk

I've finally did it.

I quit my 9-5 to go fulltime on freelancing and creating projects I like to use time on.
