This poco x2 was bought with great desire and hard work.  Less than 13 months after buying the mobile, the motherboard became inoperable.  When I went to the service center they told me they can't accept my device because my camera is working..

@POCOSupport I understand the fact that the company prolonging this issue or comeup with improper solutions to coverup the scam. Touch dead & camera dead both are major issue. Poco resolved only for camera dead issue and ignored touch dead issue. @IndiaPOCO @geekyranjit @Himanshu_IIMB

@BibekDebnath648 @POCOSupport They are doing the same to me. Instead of repairing our phones they try to offer a cheap phone which doesn't worth 2k in exchange. @POCOSupport I have visited the service center they said they will repair the phone if they get a mail from poco and today they called me and said poco team said to give me a Mi A3 exchange of my poco x2 because they don't have the stock of mother board. Please give my poco x2 repaired.

I have waited more than 2 weeks, as a response to my query company is offering me with three other mobiles(MiA3,PocoM3,someshit) choose instead of repairing my poco X2. @POCOSupport @IndiaPOCO @POCOGlobal

@POCOSupport I have filled, and even went to authorized service centre, they charge 9k for the repair which is not my fault. They are asking for a mail from poco officials to repair it for free of cost. I don't get it why do i have to these stuffs?

@IndiaPOCO Try shot out problem for POCO X2 users, your new series will surely sold out is few seconds or minutes but what about us? We POCO X2 users are facing touch not working, camera dead and other serious issues. Your team just keep saying to replace our motherboard.

I tried rebooting and even wipped all my data to clear malcious app though it doesnt help me.I went to service they said motherboard issue cost around 10k, how could it be happening? Not even single time i dropped down my phone.@IndiaPOCO @POCOSupport
