Health bars now shake if attacked for above 10% of their HP. The shake scales based on how big of an impact the hit is.

Added a scrolling background to the skill tree. The ranger's green doesn't really pickup in recording software but there is color variation with moving gradients occurring.

Finished the last level for Heralds Of Heroism. The game is now content complete and the next couple of months will be focused purely on visuals and polish.
