When a customer asks for something, I tell them I'll go in the back and look, and then I act like I'm searching diligently by sitting back there just waiting.

Then I return with it and I always say it was my last one, even if it's in abundance, because it makes them more grateful.

This consumer wanted my last Wedgie in stock, and since he had no money, I gave it to him for FREE.
