After a 37 year wait, Susie finally achieved a hole in one today, in a howling gale on the pat 3,10th.

@MidlandsGolfer Had forgotten how lovely some of the views from Whiston Hall were. Tricky course in places. Dry stone walls everywhere and used to be a £9 honesty box!
Today's update;
Due to last nights Government announcement the driving range and both golf courses are closed.
This is a very fluid situation and we will update as things progress.

The Eagle Course - Fully open
Championship Course. 17 holes open.
Trolleys permitted but no buggies.
Mats are no longer compulsory.
Covid care;

Even better news than advised yesterday. 17 holes are open on the Championship Course (no #13). Carrying only. Mats required.
Eagle Course is fully open. Trolleys permitted.
15 holes on the Championship course will be open from tomorrow (Weds.) The Eagle Course is fully open.

Another wet Sunday, but the good news is that most of next week brings decent drying conditions.

The Eagle course will be open tomorrow (Friday) on holes 2 - 8. Shortenened three holes (14, 15 and 16) will also be open on the Championship course. Carrying only on both courses.
