I’m a real estate appraiser that visits around 300-500 homes a year.
Let me share with you some of my design favorites that stand out amongst the usual.

What do we need more of?
Bold choices in interior design.
It’s perfectly okay to checkerboard your floor, there is wonderful levels of whimsy when color drenching a room, it’s more than acceptable to mix metals within your hardware choices, but most importantly, it’s always best to make choices that reflect personality.
Personality isn’t driven by the posters you hang or the sports teams you follow, but the color schematics that make you feel the most YOU.
Here’s to designing with intention. Not designing based on internet attention.
Cheers.
Gray when used as a sole color schematic underwhelms. Instead, try blending elements to bring more color into the space. This can be done with paint, hardware, cabinetry color, or flooring/trim.
Don’t over complicate this.
LLM’s, like xAI and ChatGPT, have quickly developed into simple search engines.
Biggest reason why is the absence of ad space within the platforms. They provide the quickest answer without the distraction of a paid intervention.
Think this is a big turning point for search/SEO
“Personal branding” is always funny to me.
When you compare a personality that just shares their experiences and folks like it versus a plotted and planned and carefully crafted niche personality, the differences are always visible.
Vibes always win.
@AlexHormozi No doubt culture is shifting. Long term, do you think this brings in more ad spend dollars from previously shadow banned individuals or companies?
