@markcecchini Ha! The last one. There was a weird buzzing in my kitchen. I ran around checking EVERYTHING (HVAC, dishwasher, outside, sump pump). Turned out one of wireless meat thermometers needed new batteries and was buzzing until we fixed it.
@realEstateTrent I had to choose what I cared more about, a perfectly cleaned house or my free time. I’ve chosen my free time and the house is messy at times.
Other ideas, pick one room you clean at the end of the night, mine is the kitchen. Leave the rest a mess.
Ask the nanny to help.
@markcecchini I love to give clients a custom children’s book with the new additions name. Or I give a gift card for the taking Cara babies newborn sleep class
Today is when you start doing some tax loss harvesting
For those that don’t know, Tax loss harvesting is a great way to Improve after tax returns
I spent a ton of time this morning going through client portfolios to sell areas that are down and reallocate to other correlated investments
This allows you to grab the loss and still participate in the same market movements after you sell
Most of my clients are in 20% ltcg brackets and then have 3.8% net investment tax (without even including state)
For every $100,00 of losses harvested, that offsets $23,800 of future gains
Take advantage of this
