A player I train just got drafted by the Dodgers..

He set our facility record for GRIP STRENGTH

He was #1 at MLB Draft Combine for vertical jump.

Also was top 5 in broad jump.

He grew up wrestling older brother and against athletes slightly bigger than him.

Plus lifting really heavy and eating a ton.

Who else sets records for vertical jump and grip strength? Bobby Witt Jr.

The MLB WAR leader and hits leader.
