Made it out for a couple of hours early this morning, arrived at 7am chose my fav spot and put a small bait out a couple of hours passed and I’d seen a lovely big swirl about 5 pegs down so moved over to it. Rod was in for 2 mins and we ended up with this lovely winter common

Back on the bank in a couple of weeks, can’t wait 🎣🎣 anybody been out recently ? Any recommendations for terminal tackle? Normally use hybrid stiff for my hook lengths but wanting to use a smaller company who’d benefit from my business more lol

What’s the thing about angling you don’t like?? Mines the egos of some people who think they’re better than other anglers (the super anglers) and the term “noddy” really grinds my gears. why not help and pass knowledge on instead of being plonkers lol

Can’t wait to get back on the bank, I’m going to fish winter this year sticking to one venue to learn it then hopefully smash it next spring and summer...what’s everybody’s else’s plan for the rest of the year? 🎣🎣
