The 1996 Atlanta Olympic mascot was called Whatizit because no one knew what it was.

In 2018 Atlanta Braves mascot Blooper was introduced, and to this day no one knows what he is either.

The Atlanta Dream doesn't have a mascot atm and I'm kinda hoping they follow this pattern.

Jen Pawol will become the first female umpire ever to work a regular season Major League game during this weekend’s Marlins-Braves series in Atlanta.

Pawol, a Minor League Umpire since 2016, is one of 17 current Triple-A call-up umpires eligible to substitute in Major League games. She will work the bases in both games of Saturday’s doubleheader.
