Prizes awarded in each category; decorated floats, prams, junior pairs, junior groups, pre-school groups, uniform groups, individual children 6yrs & under, individual children 7 to 16 years, adult groups, adult pairs & adult singles, as well as best in parade.

Fancy Dress 🏁

This is a chance for everyone in Galashiels to show their creativity and join in the fun.

Judging will take place at 6:15pm, with the parade leaving at 7:15pm, followed by the horse cavalcade from Torwoodlee at 8pm. All timing are approximate.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE PARKING ON THREEPWOOD NIGHT, FRI 24th MAY

Due to congestion and the need for clear access to the Fire Station parking for horse boxes on Friday evening will be at Thirlestane Castle.

Access will be via the main ‘Eagle Gates’ entrance on the B6362.

This Friday (24th) is Threepwood Night, when Cornet Ryan Murray will lead a cavalcade from Lauder to meet our good friends from Galashiels at Threepwood Crossroads.
