We start the year with identity writing and why type of writer the students want to be, then move towards characters in a story ( tempest) and then we’re moving on to AMC to look at how writers create stories 😊

Some good practice…

My school does ‘shout outs.’

A teacher can (anonymously) nominate another for a ‘shout out’ for any professional reason. The ‘shout out’ is then delivered to the teacher by the Headteacher.
