Playing for both coaches was a blessing and both taught me how to be a better man not just a good football player. Both were great men,not just great coaches. I saw them as father figures and loved them as one as well. To see both get treated and talked to like dirt makes me wonder if anybody thought to try and see who they were as a person and their impact on us as players. I guess it’s all about actions with 0 explanation to the folks who make decisions that help their “vision” of the program.
