🚨 HIRING: Creative Strategist (DTC Supplements) — Brazilian DR Company

We're Evolution Group — a Brazilian direct-response company that built and scaled VSL offers in the US market. Now we're transitioning into DTC, and we need a Creative Strategist obsessed with figuring out why ads win.

You'll own the strategy behind our creative testing engine: researching customers, finding untapped angles, developing ad concepts, writing briefs and scripts, analyzing Meta Ads performance, and iterating on what's working.

This isn't a basic content role. Your ideas will directly shape what we test and what we scale as we build out our DTC operation.

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong understanding of Meta Ads and direct-response marketing
✅ Deep knowledge of consumer psychology and copywriting
✅ Ability to turn research into angles, hooks, and high-converting concepts
✅ Comfortable reading performance data and identifying why creatives win or die
✅ Experience with DTC health, wellness, or supplements is a major plus

What you'll get:

💰 $2,000/month base compensation
📈 3% of ad spend generated by winning ads you ideate
🚀 You'd be building our creative strategy department from scratch

We already know how to sell. We've done it at scale with VSLs. Now we need someone who can bring that same intensity to the DTC creative side.
