My social media use is pretty much
- Sharing nice photos with select friends every couple of months
- Posting collections of bible verses
- Stuff related to my creative work
Hard to think of how I might use X more productively when I’m so disconnected from the internet lol
I’m starting to value the idea that not every creative project I do has to be one that is significant and shared
Sometimes just making things for the sake of making them is a good thing
@AdamAppleXx@churchtalkative If they were monetizing something of value, to support their family and continue sharing the gospel, that’s one thing.
If they’re engagement baiting for their own social success and analytics and not spreading the gospel effectively (posting slop), then it’s awful.

Don’t focus on “men this, men that”, focus on “this is good, that is evil, and at times, people choose to do that, and so you should be careful and prepared.” Some particulars may be gender specific, but morality isn’t

@GetonTrightside@Timcast I think there will always be a demand for human crafted art in any medium. Just will become harder to verify digital work of new artists as time passes, and those who take the effort to seek it out may be fewer
