@carrtogram@Vicar_Street@RTERadio1 Well when you have our gang from Navan Rd &Cabra going by bus to see you in Skerries in ‘76 …that’s a following! Horslips in many cameos … remember being in Mallow & Youth Club going for Guinness Book of Records for longest 5 a side …song on repeat at end - Dearg Doom!
@daily_set Yep! Loved it & captured the rollercoaster Agree it is one of the best . Reading this ay the moment … remember every game and goal and goals that should not have been given ! A great story if the Irish football team just before Jack! Also , for us Irish, heartbreaking last game
@XMartinsMusicX An amazing version of an amazing song ! Faces at their prime . So sorry never saw the Faces live. This live performance and chemistry on stage just shades it for me!
@Mikehomeseller 9/10. Live #U2 at the peak of their powers during this period. Dirty Day live still sounds brilliant, underrated gem !

@VintageRockN_85 Yes, and a great song sounds just as good when performed by different bands … here’s The Faces with a rowdy and brilliant version of Maybe I’m Amazed

@20th_Centurygal I think this the best version of… either both David & Roger . Got everything that is good about Pink Floyd as a whole - Live 8

Great article. The day Never Mind The Bollocks was released, one of barman from The Spinning Wheel pub in Mary St, Dublin flew to London, bought the album, back straight away to Dublin, and that night, played it on a record player through a primitive PA ( it was 1977!) to a packed room of punks and curious onlookers! Surreal and unforgettable 🎸
