Darren’s call with Lieutenant Wilson at the start of chapter 13 was like one we would expect of a Ranger to their superior but the detail in Darren’s thoughts as the conversation goes on makes it much more exciting and intense. #writingabouttexts

I am excited to read Bluebird because it sounds like a very suspenseful mystery. Unlike most mystery’s I have read or watched, one article mentioned the story “Not having an out-of-nowhere arrival in the third act.” which is something I am very curious about. #writingabouttexts

All I keep thinking about as we read this book is the logistics behind placing of spies in the south and how easily they are able to move around from unit to unit like Malcom said he has. Has anyone else wondered about this? #writingabouttexts

My initial reaction to An Extraordinary Union was the detail and time it took to build up to the romance of Elle and Malcom. Alyssa Cole does not leave out any detail and because of this it sometimes feels like there may be too much. #writingabouttexts
