So far, I’ve only heard Rep. Ro Khanna raise the issue of the Trump Senate’s ability to utilize the so called “nuclear option” to end the shutdown as they did in September? Most importantly to me is, why aren’t Democrats pointing out that Republicans can use the so called “nuclear option”? Democrats can hold the line on health care as they should, while at the same time, message that Trump’s senate has the “nuclear option” votes, but not the will to end the shutdown. Many of those younger and healthier, will go without unaffordable health insurance as they did before ACA. But, millions cannot go without food. At the end of the day, Dems will own this shutdown because they seem unwilling to pivot on messaging.
Please ask Leader Jeffries, why isn’t the Trump Senate using the so called “nuclear option” to end the shutdown as they did in September? And, why aren’t Democrats pointing out that Republicans can use the so called “nuclear option”? @micah_erfan All Trump’s Senate has to do to end the shutdown is employ the procedural “nuclear option” as was done in September. They have the votes but not the will.

Institutional racism fomented by White Supremacy is a deep wound POC are forced to confront every day.
It’s #GeorgeFloyd, #AhmaudArbery—and countless encounters never caught on tape.
To those protesting across America: I stand with you. Stay safe, be peaceful, demand justice.
@NomikiKonst After deceptively raising her hand along with Bernie for single payer, Harris recanted:
Vaughn Hillyard,
Harris maintained that folks should continue to opt into private supplemental insurance, as well as union members satisfied with already-negotiated health insurance plans.
