@jashaw56 @MattEskes @ShadowofEzra The FMCSA requires all Federal Medical Card holders to be able to speak and read English as a requirement to pass the exam and get the card issued. A Federal Medical Exam is required to get your CDL at your state DMV. I perform these exams in my clinic. Go look it up!!
