I think it's time to start talking about what Aaron Rodgers has accomplished so far in 2026.
After years (and I mean, YEARS) of watching Steelers quarterbacks struggle to throw more than one touchdown pass in a game, Rodgers actually started the season in the same boat. He threw just one touchdown pass combined in his first two outings.
Then something clicked.
Rodgers tossed three touchdown passes in three consecutive games, then added two more on Sunday against Tampa Bay.
That's 11 touchdown passes over a four-game stretch.
Simply put: he's looking like vintage Aaron Rodgers.
It may not sound like a huge number until you put it into perspective. Ben Roethlisberger had only two games with three touchdown passes during his entire final season in 2021.
To find the last time Big Ben threw 11 touchdown passes over a four-game stretch, you have to go back to 2020. From Nov. 1 through Nov. 22, Roethlisberger totaled 11 TD passes against the Ravens, Cowboys, Bengals and Jaguars.
We've spent a lot of time talking about what the Steelers offense hasn't had since Roethlisberger retired.
Well, they're getting something right now that they haven't seen in quite a while.
Rodgers is cookin'. 🔥
