@Grummz They didn't even tell me, I think because they also ban people who deleted the created characters. Since I made a few as a joke to screenshot like 'Ret aarded', 'Powerword pregnant', and a few others I can't remember. Believe it or not the ones i actually played were normal.

@towelthetank Didn't one of the devs say they wanted to make this with the focus on players who played back in wotlk to come back too? Im fine with retail and other mmo players joining, but that doesn't mean I want it to become retail or like another mmo. Those already excist for that.

And I mean banning funny names, obv poorly disguised slurs or political ones should be name changed or banned

@TheInTheNowShow I got banned for characters I never even logged into. I think the two worst were "Ret aarded" and "Powerword Pregnant". Which I screenshotted to send to my friends for a laugh then deleted. I 100% support banning people who actually played with those names.

@FwoiblesWoW I get people who were running around with the innapropriate names actually leveling with them, but I was removed just for making a lvl 1 character with an edgy name to have a laugh and screenshoting it to send to a friend before deleting it. It's honestly dissapointing.

@FwoiblesWoW Iv heard some people were sent the name of the character that got them removed, but my email just said 'One or more of the Character names on this account'. So im really confused which one actually got me removed since I deleted them all a few seconds after making it

@FwoiblesWoW Are players getting removed for characters they've made, but then deleted without logging into? I know iv made some pretty heinous characters, then deleted them right after because I was curious if they would get auto-censored, but the one's I actually played were normal names.
