Before this class, I was unfamiliar with the many tech tools teachers can incorporate into classrooms. I am mind blown over how easy and useful many of the apps/websites are! #CSUBTed #CSUBEDTE4200

You can empower students by allowing them to peer teach and also making content relevant to their own lives. #CSUBTed #CSUBEDTE4200

@suzellinger @EddiesClass @Doctor2pi @teachsci8 Suzanne, yes anchoring a lesson to another subject is a perfect example to keep students engaged! We also did this in my theater class, and it is so important to make our lessons relevant and connect them to different subjects.

@EddiesClass @teachsci8 @Doctor2pi A1) During observation I found Kahoot to be a very engaging tool for students. They were excited to play and also enjoyed partner mode. Seeing the students collaborate effectively while assessing how well they know content is a perfect and successful tool! #CSUBTed #CSUBEDTE4200

@EddiesClass A1) A great tech tool that I have seen students enjoy is Kahoot. It's a great tech tool that can be used for assessment and students love a friendly/fun competition. This type of assessment keeps students engaged and an effective way to evaluate content learned. #CSUBTEd

@EddiesClass Confession: I just signed up for Twitter. I know, I know guys... Who am I? But it's pretty cool and I'm also using it for my Comm class this summer. Google Drive is also awesome and I love that multiple people can work on the same project. Class Dojo is cool- but do parents bug?
