The situations at Ekapa Mine and Lily Mine are very different.

Think of it like this: at Ekapa Mine it’s like mud suddenly fills a specific room in a tall building you know exactly which room the people were in, so even though it’s hard, you can go in and recover them.

But at Lily Mine it’s like the entire building collapses into the ground now you don’t know where the room ended up or where the people are, and everything is unstable, making it much more dangerous and difficult to recover them.
