Reclamación puesta, de todas maneras, éramos un grupo grande viajando. ¿Podrían solicitar que revisen la hora que introdujeron de llegada para el ALVIA 00694? De esta manera no hemos de poner una reclamación por persona y lo hacemos manualmente.

@InfoAdif ¿con cuánto retraso llegó ayer el tren RENFE ALVIA 00694?

Desde @Renfe @Inforenfe solamente están dando un 50% de indemnización cuando no es por causa mayor y el retraso fue bastante superior a 1h30min.

¿Cómo se puede reclamar que ajusten bien la indemnización?
