Happy Independence Day y'all! 250 years of freedom to dream or live any life that our hearts want to chase.. how blessed we all are..
This is a great day of celebration, but there’s no amount fireworks or shows that could express our gratitude to all of the men and women who have sacrificed so much over all these years for the rest of us to be able to say we all get to live in the greatest country on the planet.
Today, everyone be sure to say thank you to a service member today , hold your families close .. and soak in this moment ..
“I work the front desk at a small doctor’s office, and I wish people could see what happens on the other side of the phone.
Every day, older patients call us confused.
They are told to use the patient portal, upload documents, check lab results online, fill out forms before the visit, and confirm everything through a link.
Some of them do not know what a portal is.
Some do not have a smartphone.
Some have one, but they are afraid to click the wrong thing.
Last week, a man in his late 80s called about his test results.
He said, “Ma’am, I don’t mean to bother you, but the computer says I have a message and I don’t know how to open it.”
He sounded ashamed.
That broke my heart.
He should not have to feel ashamed for needing a human being.
Technology can be helpful. I understand that.
But when people who built this country are made to feel helpless because everything became a login and a password, we have gone too far.
Not everything needs to be an app.
Not every answer should be hidden behind a screen.
Sometimes people need a voice.
A patient person.
A real human who says, “Don’t worry, I can help you.”
Progress should not leave seniors behind.
Because one day, the world will move faster than us too.
And I hope someone is kind enough to slow down.

#ClaribelQuinones
Claribel was found dismembered and wrapped in a garbage bag, newspaper and duct tape in an abandoned building at 546 Lexington Avenue in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn on this day, 7/3/2007.
She was found by construction workers at the house that had been abandoned for 3 years & was open to the elements.
Claribel was a 49 year old Hispanic female, born 2/15/64.
Claribel lived at 1065 Bedford Avenue, which ironically enough, was across the street from Erica McDaniel who would be found murdered and in a suitcase in a burned-out abandoned building in 2012.
We might never have known about Claribel, there doesn't seem to be a missing person's report and LE never released her name to the public after her OCME ruled homicide death.
Claribel lived less than a mile from where she would be found.- Murder Inc- when he was effective, was the one who FOIL for her information.
We have LISK's #buildingpermit locations on the Map, including the home of his former employer and the proximities and timelines so it is a logical assumption LISK was not only quite familiar with Brooklyn, but also of #survivalworkers in the area. Also of note is the duct tape used to bind Claribel, tape was mentioned in LISK's HK planning document.
#JenniferNicoleGaine
On July 3, 1997- Jennifer Nicole Gaine, 25 years-old, was found murdered inside a Times Square motel room. She was strangled, wrapped in a bed sheet and her hands and feet were bound with a pillowcase covering her head. The police claimed Jennifer was a sex worker.
Jennifer's murder occurred at the Sherman Hotel #TimesSquare New York, NY, about two blocks from the hotel Maureen Brainard-Barnes was staying at before she disappeared in 2007. The cash only Sherman Hotel was a magnet for drugs and sex workers. From a NY Times article from 7/20/1997: "Neighborhood residents say the three-story, 55-room hotel, at the southwest corner of 47th Street and Eighth Avenue, is a magnet for prostitutes and drug users. The police say Ms. Gaine was both."
1997 NYC was a hotbed of drugs, violence, murders and #survivalwork, with several dismemberment cases.
In 1996 #LISK acquired his architecture license in NYC and in 1998 he incorporates the Rex A. Heuermann Architect PH, firm.

My uncle has been missing for 2 weeks and the police still haven't assigned a detective to his case and they haven't put out a silver alert either. 😰 I would appreciate any assistance. @LVPD_NUSA@mayoroflasvegas@RepHorsford
At this point, @McConnellPress Senator McConnell’s office needs to provide an official update on his condition. It’s unacceptable that, after the June 14 911 call indicated he was unconscious and required advanced life support, the public has still received no information.
IS HE ALIVE? PROOF OF LIFE?
🚨 REPORTED 911 Dispatch regarding Sen. Mitch McConnell:
Dispatched 8:36 to his home in DC on June 14th... Requesting EMS stating “unconscious and needing ALS (advanced life support).”
Is Mitch McConnell even alive? We the people deserve to know.

#Cherries has her first exclusion- I've noticed several hidden modification this month and today her NamUs page has been updated with the exclusion of missing 19 year old Rachel Louise Cooke.
On March 3, 2007, a suitcase washed ashore at Harbor Island Park containing the torso of a woman. The torso had stab wounds. About three weeks later on March 21st, a leg was found off Cold Spring Harbor. A day later, on March 22nd, another leg was found off Cove Neck along Nassau County's Gold Coast. Each leg had pink toenail polish on some toes. DNA confirmed the legs and torso belonged to the same woman.
The dark blue or black suitcase is sold exclusively at Wal-Mart. Police also found small scraps of paper tucked away in the crevices of the suitcase. When pieced together, it looks like a calendar with the Spanish word "cinco" and the phrase "begin to live."
Since the torso floated onto the beach as storm-fed floods hit the region, authorities have said the remains could have come from almost anywhere.

On March 8, 1992, the body of a young, unidentified female in her 20s was discovered in a trash dumpster behind a metal works shop, which was located at 175 Greeley Avenue, Sayville, New York.
The victim, weighing no more than 100 pounds, was found nude and without any of her personal effects. Subsequent examination of her body revealed her cause of death to be ligature strangulation.
In 2024, the Cold Case Task Force, in conjunction with Danielle Gruttadaurio, a forensic artist with the SCPD, and Parabon Nanolabs were able to update the image of how the victim likely appeared prior to her death via not only forensic sketch, but also by DNA Phenotyping, i.e., the prediction of physical appearance from DNA. Both images are contained herein.
Additionally, the Cold Case Task Force, in collaboration with a genetic genealogist with the FBI, has since been able to determine the victim was likely of Brazilian and/or Portuguese descent.
Anyone with information regarding this case or the identification of the victim is asked to contact [email protected].

Jennifer McAllister
In 2014, 32 year old Jennifer hadn't shown up for several doctor appointments, which caused concern for her family & they tried to report her missing, but according to the family in a recent news article, NYPD wouldn't file a report.
Jennifer last lived on 11th Street in the Gravesend area of Brooklyn, less than a mile where her body would later be recovered. It appears she lived most of her life in Brooklyn, but addresses also come up in North Carolina and Las Vegas, NV.
She had previously been known to us only by "Monique" (resulting from a hard to read tattoo she had on her leg, which we now know read "Kanique" after her son) until she was identified in September 2022 when she was taken off Namus, and a public announcement in January 2023. She is described as a 32 year old (at time of disappearance) Black/African American woman, with brown hair & brown eyes. She has 2 sons. She has a red & green tattoo on the back of her right calf that reads "Kanique" within a heart and rose. She had a mesh stent in the pelvis, which is evidence of a prior surgery - most likely for deep vein thrombosis. She also had evidence of a broken rib at some point in her life.
On 1/4/15, a badly decomposed hand was found by birdwatchers along the beach, sitting on a rock, in Calvert Vaux Park in the Gravesend section of Brooklyn. The hand was found in the rear of the park. LE conducts a search of the park. A search dog finds a foot on the following day 1/5/15. The cuts were made from an unknown tool. On 3/22/15, a man hanging with friends discovered a torso about 1,000 feet from where the hand was found earlier. LE canvassed the area and found a leg and arm dangling from a tree. (A recent article says LE believed birds could have relocated the remains into the tree). The head was never recovered. A blanket was recovered at the scene. Death was ruled a homicide with traumatic injuries. She is believed to have been murdered in the Summer or Fall of 2014. Since we are unsure of when family noticed her missing, we do not know the exact date she was last seen.
